Meet the Team
Two lifelong friends, one tight-knit crew, zero shortcuts.
Jerek Spendlove—farm-raised builder and B-100 licensed GC—and Luke Hall—Army-trained mortarman turned construction ace—handle the day-to-day work themselves, calling in a hand-picked circle of subs only when scope or licensing demands it. The result: veteran discipline, farm-born work ethic, and one point of accountability on every job.

Owner/Operator
Raised on a Utah farm and seasoned in the trades, Jerek still straps on the tool belt for most small-to-mid-sized jobs, handling framing, tile, drywall, and finish carpentry himself. When scope, licensing, or sheer scale call for extra hands, he pulls in a tight circle of proven subcontractors—people he trusts to match his standards and keep the project moving. The result: one point of accountability, no shortcuts, and craftsmanship built to outlast desert weather and daily life alike.

Lead Hand and Right Hand Man
Luke and Jerek grew up more like brothers than friends—sometimes under the same roof, sometimes not, depending on how their parents were getting along. After high school, Luke served in the U.S. Army as a mortarman, then spent years working across multiple construction trades before landing where he belongs—at Virgin River Construction. He brings grit, loyalty, and a no-BS attitude to every jobsite, and there’s no one Jerek would rather have by his side when it’s time to get things done right.
